Right now, the webinars cover New York State Divorces. Webinars for Pennsylvania Divorces are coming soon and seminars for additional states are being considered.

There are no requirements to attend a webinar.  You can attend if you are simply considering a divorce and want information for future use or if you and spouse have a basic understanding that you want to work the divorce out yourself or even if your spouse is not yet on board with an uncontested divorce but you want the information and means to obtain one should your spouse later agree.

Yes, you can attend by yourself or with your spouse. The fee covers one or both of you.

No, the fee is not refundable. However, should you be unable to attend the webinar you register for you can transfer your registration to another webinar date. Please note, we can only give one opportunity to reschedule your registration. After that you will need to pay another registration fee and register anew. This is necessary to keep our webinars at reasonable sizes to allow us to answer all questions for everyone.

EZ Uncontested Divorce guarantees that your papers will be accepted by the court provided you have followed our instruction in completion and filing of the documents. If the court rejects your documents, you may attend another webinar free of charge and receive add in correcting your papers. This rarely happens but there are many divorce judges in New York State and on a rare occasion, a particular judge or his clerk may want modifications that the majority of courts do not.

*As laws are modified and changed from time to time, this guarantee only applies to divorces filed within 6 months of the webinar date.

Yes, for those who decide they simply don’t wish to do their divorce themselves,  Ms. Cohen will act as your attorney in drafting the Agreement and all necessary documents for obtaining the divorce.  This will involve communicating with you directly by email, filing all the paperwork with the NYS Electronic Filing System and acting as the Attorney-of- Record.  The fee for this is $1500.00 plus filing fees. 

However, after the webinar, you will have all the tools necessary to do it yourself.
